Our RN Case Manager will work with you to develop a plan to maximize your recovery. An on-site Nurse Practitioner, along with physical, speech and occupational therapists, will help you to progress toward your rehabilitation goal. In addition to our rehabilitative services, we offer Alzheimer's and dementia care on a secure unit staffed by professionals specially trained to meet the needs of those residents.
