The Baptist Hospital East Rehabilitation Program is designed to help those with neurological or orthopedic disorders, such as stroke, brain injury, amputation or hip fracture, regain skills and independence. The program is one of only a handful of area facilities using one-on-one therapy rather than group therapy. Our team of rehabilitation specialists works to see that 83 percent of patients are well enough to return home (compared to 75 percent nationally) to continue rehabilitation through outpatient or home health services.
