Assurance Home and Convalescent Care sends caregivers into homes and facilities to provide non medical personal care services. Caregivers help with: bathing, dressing, bathroom needs, medication reminders, meal preparation, ambulating, range of motion exercises, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation to appointments and activities. We offer free on-site patient assessments. Our owners and on-staff RN create a plan of care for each patient and physician to approve. Our caregivers complete weekly aide progress notes. Assurance is bonded and insured and carries worker’s compensation on all our thoroughly screened, experienced caregivers. We do not use contract workers. We are on-call 24 hours per day.
